NOAGENCY is a director-led film team in Stockholm. We make films for companies that need them all year, not once: recruitment, brand, product and events. One director from idea to finished film, no layers in between.
Axel August, director and producer. Trained at Berghs, with a master’s in film and media. Has directed a feature film, and built and led the in-house studio at Ciceron Group from 2019 to 2023.

A film library, not a film.
Hiring people who already have jobs takes more than one film from 2022 and three stock photos. We film your people over a few days and deliver a set of films that recruitment, HR and communications can use for a year.
ATEA needed to reach consultants who were thinking about changing employer. Together we built a film library in three levels, with one thread running through all of it.
