You make it personal.
The whole campaign is built around portraying individuals in a way that reflects who they are, the qualities they bring, the energy they carry, and the personality that shapes the work they do.
The idea was simple: place each person in an environment where they naturally shine, and let their own words, traits, and quirks tell the story. Show how their personality brings life to the company behind them.
To kick off the campaign, we filmed two candidates in a way that reflected how they wanted to be seen. The result is a warm and personal piece of content that they can be proud of and that ATEA can use confidently in their employer branding.
This is only the beginning. The work continues into 2026, where we will keep developing the personal stories and the people behind ATEA, the individuals who shape the company from the inside out.
